One incidence, which I will never forget in my life, which shook me and turned my life upside down.
My elder sister was getting married that day. My father showed me a person whom I was supposed to be meeting for my marriage proposal. On seeing that person, I immediately told my father “AREY PAPPA AA CHOKRO KETLO JADIYO CHE”.My father immediately replied, that before saying something about anybody, I should go and look at the mirror, as to how overweight I was. This was a real insult to me.
From then on i started my Transformation Journey , Since then I have reduced 25 kgs in 5 months and maintaining from last 3 years. Not only it boosted my self confidence, but I became mentally fit too.
Since then I started as a coach and till now making difference to over 10,000 lives.

I will carefully calculate the macronutrient and nutrition requirements for your body and create a meal plan that’s specific to your lifestyle and routine/schedule. So, the more information you share with me, the more personalised I can make your plan.
No. You don’t necessarily have to visit the gym to workout. You don’t even need any fancy equipments in order to workout. We have workouts based on your preference (Low intensity , Medium Intensity or High intensity :
Whether you want to workout at the gym OR at home!
Whether you have access to any equipment or not!
The choice is yours, and you get to workout wherever you feel comfortable
Your meal plan comes with quick, easy and delicious recipes that make your meal plan sustainable for you. The food in your meal plan will be made to fit your tastes, preferences, limitations and your budget!
You like eating simple home-cooked food? I will make you eat simple home-cooked food!
You can’t cook multiple meals in a day? I will make sure that you don’t spend too much time in the kitchen!
You don’t like a particular food item? I will try to exclude those from your meal plans!
How much weight a person will lose is totally depends on their metabolic rate, body type, medical condition & how well they follow the plan. Typically a person lose 0.5-1 kg per week but result differs from person to person.
We have multiple payment gatways like paytm, bank transfers, gpay, BHIM UPI. And we do not have partly payment or EMI facility as of now.
